The Operator · Shane Giordano

I've been building
demand since I was six.

Parts counter to sales floor to the dealer principal's chair — then the agency those businesses hired. I've owned the P&L and I've built the campaigns. Thirty-five years on both sides of the desk. Most marketers have only ever sat on one.

01 — BOTH SIDES OF THE DESK

I've been the client and the agency. The owner and the operator.

Most fractional CMOs are former marketing VPs. They've owned a marketing function. I've owned the whole business.

I ran the service drive and carried a sales bag. I managed the floor. I sat in the dealer principal's chair with the entire P&L on my desk and a building full of people counting on me to make the month. Then I crossed the street and built the thing those businesses hire — advertising, creative, live events, and a digital marketing agency I owned and ran for a decade.

So when I tell you "I'll set the strategy and stay to run it," that isn't a pitch. It's just how I've always worked. I know where the money is really made — and where it quietly leaks out the back — because I've stood in both rooms.

02 — THE LONG WAY HERE

Fifty years of building demand.

Age 6
The first hustle
Candy from my locker. Flipping my stepdad's car brochures. I was selling before I could spell it.

Learned to move a crowd and build a night from nothing. Attention, on demand.

Two agencies. Where I learned the story, the offer, and how demand actually gets made.

The whole P&L on my desk. Where I learned the weight of the number.

03 — THE RESET

For twenty minutes, my heart stopped.

In November 2021, severe long-term complications from COVID-19 stopped my heart for more than twenty minutes. I was put on life support, and my organs began to fail. Doctors told my family I might not survive — and that if I did, there was little chance I'd ever come back whole, mind or body.

TodayBack to building demand

They were wrong. I came back — all the way. But I didn't come back the same. The recovery rearranged me: less ego, more empathy, and a lot more clarity about what I want to build and who I'm here to help.

"It's never too late" stopped being something I said.
It became something I'd lived.

I stopped chasing winning and started chasing purpose. That's the operator you'd be hiring — thirty-five years of instinct, and a second chance I don't intend to waste. I only build things I'd be proud to show my grandchildren. Your growth included.

04 — HOW I SHOW UP

What you get when you get me.

Empathy over ego

I'd rather you win than I'm right

I'm not here to defend my ideas. I'm here to grow your business. The work serves you, not my résumé.

Persuasive, never pushy

If it's not right for you, I'll say so

Smooth, honest, no pressure. The fastest way to lose your trust is to sell you something you don't need.

Purpose that scales

Good business and doing good aren't opposites

The best growth engines are built on something real. We'll build yours to last, not just to spike.

Clarity over complexity

If it doesn't make sense, we don't do it

I make big things simple and actionable. You'll always know what we're doing, why, and what it's worth.

05 — OLD SOUL, NEW ENGINE

Thirty-five years of instinct. A brand-new machine.

Here's the part most people my age can't say: I'm AI-native. The judgment took thirty-five years. The engine — Omniscient — is brand new.

I pair operator instinct you can't fake with a system that builds and runs your growth: site, CRM, voice AI, automation, the whole machine — before we ever spend a dollar on advertising. I don't hand you a strategy and wish you luck. I install it and stay on to help with your growth — and deliver the results.

Veterans have the scars — but usually aren't building with these tools.

If the light turns green

Let's see what your business is really capable of.

I take on a few owners at a time — the ones who are done paying for activity that doesn't move the number. If that's you, start with a Growth Diagnostic.
